Mastermind calls
An invite-only call for the people who write and vote on district policy and the people who study what it does: superintendents, board members, principals, researchers. Each call takes one district's Alignment Audit and walks through it with the people who could act on it, goes deep on one policy domain with someone who has done the research or made the change, and leaves time for questions among peers.
